HOW YOU GOT INTO BASKETBALL: Former school, Resto High School, Score Beyond came to the school, it was my first time to see a basketball. Fell in love with the game.

Adongpiny was studying at St. Noah Girls School when she represented Uganda at U16 level. She also played 3X3 in Egypt before she was presented with an opportunity to go to Italy through Gazelles coach Ali Mavita and former Warriors guard Diego Angemi.

Adongpiny is born with four other siblings to a single mother, who works as a teacher at Pabo SS. She is the only child doing sports in the family at the moment.

“It has always been hard and I thank God I have always got opportunities. I have represented Uganda in Senegal, Egypt, South Africa and I can’t take that for granted.”
